Coloured Olympic Weightlifting bumper plates are strong and durable, designed with training performance in mind. They are perfect for beginner lifters as well as for personal trainers and coaches to use in strength and conditioning sessions to improve technique. When using these bumper plates, learning lifts such as snatch or clean and jerk, will be easy, as they allow the lifter to adopt a correct stance when performing weightlifting skills. The discs are made from carefully selected top grade coloured rubber for a clean and stylish finish, to look great in any facility.
- Designed in line with International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) and International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) colour standards, these plates are impact-resistant and hard-wearing, ideal for powerlifting.
