Unlike traditional dumbbells, the kettle bell’s centre of mass is extended beyond the hand. This allows for a wide variety of ballistic & swinging movements. Kettlebell exercises build strength and endurance, particularly in the lower back, legs, and shoulders, and increase grip strength. Neoprene covering protects bells and floor from damage with easy weight identification by colour. Optimal design of Handle Distance from Bell to ensure comfort and safety means that bell sits on forearm and not the wrist during exercises. Cast iron bell and handle with coloured neoprene covered base and available in weights from 4kg up to 40kg. Available in 4kg weight increments with handle girth between 9.5 and 11.5cm.
