They are ideal for heavy use lifting areas, weightlifting clubs and affiliates. Designed and produced to the IWF standard diameter of 450mm, with a 50.4mm centre hole that is reinforced with a machined stainless steel sleeve, each plate is calibrated to within a tolerance of +/- 0.5% of the stated weight.
