The SOLE LCB has 40 levels of resistance and a 30 lb (14kgs) flywheel, allowing for a smooth transition between resistance levels. Oversize cushioned foot pedals coupled with a 2-degree inward provide a comfortable workout. The cushioned gel seat with vertical and horizontal adjustment capabilities offers maximum comfort and ease of use. Additionally, it includes contact and telemetric heart rate monitoring. It can be easily tracked with the intuitive 10.1″ touchscreen console with a built-in entertainment system to keep you motivated for a longer training pace.
